Celebrating the release of his new album, Wrecking Ball, Bruce Springsteen and the E Street ended a week of homage to the Boss on Jimmy Fallon’s Late Night show with a big party last night. In addition to our first live listens of new cuts “Jack of All Trades” and “Death to My Hometown,” Springsteen reprised his role as a younger version of himself alongside Fallon’s renowned Neil Young impression for a wonderfully odd take on LMFAO‘s “Sexy And I Know It.” Now with plenty of laughs and album promo performances under their belt, the Boss, the Roots, Fallon himself, guitarist Tom Morello, the E Street Band of course, and ultimately the entire audience returned to bring the house down one more time. “The E Street Shuffle” was a joyous blowout for an already impressive musical late-night to remember. So, without further ado, revisit video of both that performance below and the parody take above.
