Just in case you needed proof that fellow Sheffield, England-based artists Richard Hawley and Arctic Monkeys truly hit it off when recording collaborative cut “You And I,” we now have an official video for the Suck It And See bonus track team-up — replete with footage from their inspired session, a convertible joyride, and a behind-the-scenes look in the studio where the magic happened.
In other recent AM news, frontman Alex Turner stopped by Triple J recently for a performance on the Australian radio station’s Like a Version, where he revisited the band’s live-favorite cover of Patsy Cline classic “Strange” in a solo set. While he cut the tune short, as the band usually performs it as part of a medley and therefore haven’t worked out the ending, it’s a fine turn no less. You can watch a clip of his solo take below:
