We’ve seen Irish singer-songwriter Lisa Hannigan perform a stunning, busking-style live take on the title track and watched a visual interpretation of “Knots” in which paint represented the single’s instrumental arrangement, but now another whimsical official clip from her sophomore LP, Passenger, has arrived: “What’ll I Do” finds Hannigan doing her best to lip-sync lyrics while taking a roller-coaster ride (not unlike Wye Oak’s Coney Island-set “Holy Holy” video a bit).
As is often the case when enjoying a Hannigan performance — that’s lip-synced or otherwise — her upbeat, carefree attitude is incredibly infectious. So, without further ado, check out this new Michael Kelly and Pauline Rowan-filmed video below and try not to beam your way through the rest of the clip after she nearly loses her hat while coasting through Funderland.
