The Raconteurs ‘Live at Montreux’ Film Announced

March 9, 2012

Rumors of a follow-up to 2008′s Consolers of the Lonely never quite panned out (despite their return to the stage), but Jack White, Brendan Benson, Jack Lawrence, and Patrick Keeler have been plotting an archival release from the Raconteurs: Live at Montreux 2008, a new DVD/Blu-ray of the group’s set for the Swiss festival, will arrive this summer. According to their official site, the release includes a 16-track set comprised entirely of cuts off the group’s two LPs.

While fans will have to wait until June 18th for the film — biding our time with those new Jack White and Brendan Benson solo records — here’s the set list for now:

Consoler Of The Lonely
Hold Up
You Don’t Understand Me
Top Yourself
Old Enough
Keep It Clean
Intimate Secretary
Level
Steady, As She Goes
The Switch and The Spur
Rich Kid Blues
Blue Veins
Many Shades of Black
Broken Boy Soldier
Salute Your Solution
Carolina Drama

Meanwhile, feel free to join me below for a personal favorite Racs tune, “Blue Veins,” live in Scotland:
